Our partner, a prestigious flagship luxury resort in Hurghada, is looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and lead the commercial strategy of the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive revenue performance across Rooms, F&B, Events, and ancillary revenue streams
  • Oversee pricing, distribution, and channel optimization in collaboration with Revenue Management
  • Strengthen relationships with key international tour operators, travel agents, and corporate partners
  • Lead proactive sales efforts in key feeder markets
  • Manage brand positioning, digital presence, PR, and marketing campaigns
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategy accordingly

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as Director of Sales & Marketing within a luxury 5-star resort
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of international leisure markets and resort distribution channels
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication capabilities
