Our partner, a luxury boutique resort hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, is looking for a General Manager to lead the pre-opening phase and successfully position the property as a distinctive luxury destination in the market.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the full pre-opening process, including strategic planning, budgeting, team recruitment, brand positioning, and operational setup, while ensuring a seamless market entry and establishing strong financial performance, service culture, and long-term asset value in alignment with ownership objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel departments, aligning operations with our brand standards and business objectives
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the property: ensuring that it is operating with excellence.
  • Lead a diverse team to build the trust of others in all interactions and cultivate a positive guest and colleague experience.
  • Develop, execute, and evolve a multi-year property level business strategy with focus on brand positioning.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff
  • Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, corporate leadership, and local community partners
  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and quality standards
