Revenue and Reservation Manager - Istanbul, Turkey

Our partner, a well-established international hotel in Istanbul, is looking for a Revenue and Reservation Manager to lead revenue strategy while overseeing reservations operations to maximize overall hotel performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability
  • Oversee daily reservations operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage pricing, inventory, and distribution channels effectively
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns
  • Prepare forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
  • Analyze booking pace, historical data, and segmentation
  • Ensure optimal use of revenue management and reservation systems
  • Work closely with Sales and Front Office teams to optimize conversion and business mix
  • Monitor reservation team performance and provide training and guidance
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, revenue streams, and guest experience

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Revenue and/or Reservations within international hotel brands
  • Previous experience in a similar managerial role is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience with revenue management systems
  • Commercial mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage both strategic and operational responsibilities
  • Good command of English
